Richard Groom Product Manager at Gestetner comments: “This is the first new analogue wide format copier on the market for a considerable time. We know that it’s what the engineering, and design community have been waiting for.”
Groom continues: “Previously wide format users have had to outsource to copyshops or employ specialist staff to struggle with complex machines making copies of large drawings, designs, plans and maps. Now the have the option of a familiar, walk-up copier capable of handling the widest range of original sizes and media and outputting various sized copies with pin-sharp accuracy.”
The Gestetner A041 offers major ease-of-use benefits including face up original feeding, flange roll paper setting for easy document input, manual or automatic original feed to assist with setting and high productivity at four A1 copies per minute. The Gestetner A041 is aimed at more experienced users, the only differences being allowing up to nine copies to be made of an original and face-down feeding. The model has a small footprint with quiet and clean operation, ensuring it fits easily into the normal office environment.
Richard Groom concludes: “At Gestetner we pride ourselves at knowing customer needs. Today’s offices do not have room for specialist users – all staff must be able to operate all equipment, so we have made the A041 as close as possible in ease of use to a normal office copier. However, levels of functionality have also been enhanced, providing the best of both worlds. We are confident that this value-for-money high quality device is the ideal solution for wide format users.”
